The TELEM_WIRE macro has been fixed to be used uniformly. Previously, ENV_PIN_SDA && ENV_PIN_SCL would cause Wire1 and Wire to be incorrectly used by the environmental sensor. This would cause confusion for other devices using Wire.The HELTEC_V4 getting stuck on the loading screen is caused by this problem. #1118
