There are some weird formatting and whitespace problems in this doc that have crept in recently. I've fixed them in main , could you please update your PR based on the latest version? I'd rather not propagate the problems into the translation directories.

Hi, I noticed that (a)
maintaining-balance-for-open-source-maintainers.mdand (b)security-best-practices-for-your-project.mdin each language directories are not updated. So I updated them with latest version, articles in_articles/directory.I think it would be nice to update the document to the latest version before starting translation.
P.S. I only checked untranslated files. So there might be another wrong obsolete version in already translated articles.
