The tokio-tar advisory references this ID, but this ID only has package data for astral-tokio-tar

I added the tokio-tar package as well as a reference to the advisory

Hey @joshbressers!

I think this was intentional originally: I believe CVEs are only supported to reflect one software artifact at a time, and I've had CVE requests (via GHSA) rejected in the past for "batching" components like this (even when they share a common heritage/lineage).

OTOH, this is GHSA, not CVE, so maybe that doesn't matter? I have no idea 😅

I believe because astral-tokio-tar is an acestor of tokio-tar they would share the same ID. @taladrane can probably give the correct answer though. My knowledge of CVE rules is a bit dated.
