Description

This PR adds a couple of README files to:

1. Increase the score of package:genui in pub to 160.
2. Describe the contents of the examples directory in the monorepo (taken from @hunterino's PR: Should Move project to 160 of 160 points - uses simple_chat as project example. #629)

• Fixes Get Points to 160/160 up 10 points from present #628
• Closes Should Move project to 160 of 160 points - uses simple_chat as project example. #629
