Summary

  • document GameRules registry and helpers
  • expand kdoc for inner RuleSet and utility classes
  • document BooleanValue, DoubleValue, DurationValue, IntegerValue, LongValue and StringValue
  • document helpers in SimpleGameRules
  • run apiDump to update API surface
