Now that openadapt-ml supports Python 3.10+ (PR #5 in openadapt-ml repo), update the roadmap to reflect: - Remove Python version mismatch from technical debt - Update package table to show >=3.10 for all packages - Update test matrix to expect all Python versions to pass - Update success criteria for broader Python version testing Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Consolidates PRs #981 and #982: - Reduce roadmap from 562 to ~125 lines (77% reduction) - Remove verbose tables and redundant sections - Update openadapt-ml to show >=3.10 (PR #5 fixes this) - Remove Python version mismatch from technical debt - Correct accuracy claim to 46.7% -> 100% Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Context
The openadapt-ml package was unnecessarily restricted to Python 3.12+ when all its dependencies support Python 3.10+. This has been fixed in openadapt-ml PR #5.
This roadmap update reflects that fix.
