TUS: Fix stem uploads by adding a new publishStems to SDK

• Adds new method publishStems which takes the minimum amount of data required for stem uploads.
• Allows track uploads to still require images and genre, while having relaxed schema for stem uploads
• Updates the edit track saga for stems inline to minimize surface area and keep progress tracking the same
