LangChain section cleanup

This PR

• removes outdated LangChain tutorials
• add redirects from those tutorials to the new one
• makes the full example code in the new tutorial collapsible

Streamlines LangChain documentation by consolidating content and updating navigation.

• Removes outdated use-arcade-tools and user-auth-interrupts pages and cleans _meta.tsx
• Adds permanent redirects in next.config.ts from old LangChain paths to guides/agent-frameworks/langchain/use-arcade-with-langchain
• Updates use-arcade-with-langchain to wrap the full main.ts example in a collapsible <details> section
• Regenerates public/llms.txt to reflect new links and metadata
