- Add rotation method for PCM-EMC for Pi0 flow
- Add option to enable weighting for rotation method
- For EMC alone there are 2(N-2) more pair combinations than in same event -> weight = 1/(2(N-2))
- For PCM-EMC there are (N_PCM + N_EMC -2) more pair combinations than in same event -> weight = 1/(N_PCM + N_EMC -2)
- Change config layout so that rotation method has its own subcategory
