The following changes are included

  • global cleanup of namespaces. Only use our own namespace o2::analysis::femto in implementation files.
  • small fixes in utilities of the triplet tracktracktrack task
  • add MC processing to track-cascade task
  • add triplet tracktrackv0 task and surrounding infrastructure
