Feature Request: Ability to share or mirror individual cards across multiple boards #7543

Problem Description
Currently, in Nextcloud Deck, a card can only exist on one board at a time. In many organizational structures, different teams work on different boards, but their tasks often overlap.
My specific use case: I work with various team compositions. Often, multiple teams need to be informed about the same topic or need to see the live status of a specific task. Currently, I have to manually copy the entire content of a card and paste it into another board. This leads to:
Redundant work: Manually syncing updates between boards.
Information silos: One board might have the latest comments while the other is outdated.
Human error: Forgetting to update a mirrored card.
Proposed Solution
I suggest implementing a "Share to Board" or "Mirror Card" functionality.
Shared Visibility: A card could be "linked" to another board.
Live Sync: Any changes made to the card (description, checkboxes, tags, or status) would automatically reflect on all boards where the card is shared.
Centralized Communication: Comments could optionally be synced so that different teams can communicate on the same card regardless of which board they are viewing it from.
Alternatives Considered
Moving cards: This doesn't work because the card disappears from the original team's view.
Copying cards: As mentioned, this creates a maintenance nightmare as the copies are not linked.
Additional Context
This feature would greatly improve cross-team collaboration and make Nextcloud Deck a much more powerful tool for complex project management where departments are interconnected.
