Use new API endpoint for recommending files #12

Together with the file list, load the list of detected entry points: https://data.jsdelivr.com/v1/package/npm/bootstrap@5.1.0/entrypoints
In the file dropdown, show the entry point files first (if there's > 1, sort them by the guessed property - false is displayed before true), then a small separator line, then the rest of the files.
