BrokerMetadata should include Rack

The BrokerMetadata struct does not include the Rack of the broker, unlike the Node struct. This makes automated setup for closest replica fetching quite difficult and would require using the DescribeCluster call to get Node, which requires additional ACLs for consumers to use.
