Generate the extensions catalog #7
Description
While initially I thought we could simply add the extensions stanza to the minimal image, I have realised that doing so might break existing users of CloudNativePG who have not moved to version 1.29 (which will support the extensions stanza in the image catalogue resource).
As a result, my suggestion is to start building a new catalog called extensions for all supported distributions. For example:
catalog-extensions-bookworm.yamlcatalog-extensions-bullseye.yamlcatalog-extensions-trixie.yaml
These catalogs will list the minimal image for PostgreSQL 18, and inside the extensions stanza, listing the currently supported extensions in the postgres-extensions-containers project, namely:
