TBA Events no longer have GPS data

It looks like events on The Blue Alliance no longer contain computed latitude and longitude data. We will either need to find a good way to automatically compute this or (more likely) use the scraper to update the locations. We can probably cache the locations based on the street address so only a few events need to be updated each year (since most events reuse the same venue from year to year).

I might look into this sometime this week.
