[BUG] Can't send or receive messages with evolution

📋 Bug Description

When I tried to send a message to my number I got this error:

I tried changing the CONFIG_SESSION_PHONE_VERSION to the latest version: 2.3000.1032161662, but it didn't work. Tried some old versions that used to work aswell but it changed nothing.

Estou com mesmo problema na minha VM usando Rocky Linux, já em minha máquina local que é Ubuntu conecta normal. Alguém tem ideia do que pode ser?

last night around 11pm it started working, but today it stopped again.
